Academic Integrity Commitment Statement

As a student enrolled in a college-level course, I understand the importance of academic honesty and ethical conduct in all aspects of my education. By signing this statement, I affirm my commitment to uphold the highest standards of integrity in my academic work.

I hereby declare that:

1. I will complete all assignments, exams, and coursework with honesty and integrity.
2. I will not engage in any form of academic dishonesty, including but not limited to cheating, plagiarism, fabrication, or unauthorized collaboration.
3. I will not make use of artificial intelligence except as authorized by my instructor.
4. I will properly cite all sources of information and ideas that are not my own.
5. I will not provide or receive unauthorized assistance on any academic work.
6. I will report any suspected violations of academic integrity to the appropriate authority.

I understand that violations of this commitment may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to a failing grade, academic probation, or dismissal from the course or institution.
